Our servers are heavily guarded against viral attacks and unauthorized intrusions with industrial-strength hardware and software solutions. Our web server is isolated from our main data warehouse and production network, and protected behind the security of multiple firewalls.
The Topline Group Client Access Portal, and all interactive content therein, is protected by secure key pairs across a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer. While the client is within a secure area of the site, information is passed via a virtual tunnel between the server and the client, and encrypted by use of a digitally-signed certificate, rendering all transmitted data unreadable by any third party.
We take the security of our clients' data very seriously. Each client's files are stored separately on our servers, to minimize even the potential of cross-contamination of client data. For clients who prefer the utmost in data transmission security, we employ auto-encryption techniques which ensure that the information that we do transmit via email not only gets to its intended destination, but is simply undecipherable in the event that it should be intercepted.
